Adventure-Proof Replacement Program

Your happiness is super important to us! We want you to be totally happy with all your purchases from toucca kids. As parents we understand things happen with kids. We stand behind our product and back them up with our toucca kids adventure-proof lifetime guarantee. What this means is that if your child breaks them by whatever creative means, we will send you a brand-new pair every time with a small processing and handling fee.

Since most of our products are limited-run editions, if the pair you purchased is no longer in production we will replace it with a brand new pair of equal or lesser value of your choice!

How Does the Replacement Program Work?

If your sunglasses, or blue light glasses become damaged for any reason at all, you may request a new pair by emailing us at warranty@touccakids.com. Please remember to include your Order number and any photos of the damage.

If the order number can not be provided other proof of purchase may be required to make a replacement request. 

A processing fee of $8.95 is required for all replacements. 

How Many Times Can My Kids or I Break My Sunglasses or Blue lights?

You may claim two replacements per purchased item. We will do our best to provide the same or comparable style. If your style is sold out or has been discontinued, we will replace with an item of similar style.
