Return Policy

At toucca kids, we are committed to ensuring you, our customers, fall head over heels in love with their sunglasses! Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at within 30 days of receiving your purchase and provide us with your name, order number, and reason for the return. We will happily assist you with a return or exchange. Unfortunately, no returns are exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery of your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must include the sunglasses, case, and accessories along with the original packing/order slip.


Once we have received your returned package and have inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment you used to purchase the order. 

Late or Missing Refunds

Please be aware that banking institutions may delay refunds due to processing times. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the shipping address below.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
