Return Policy
At toucca kids, we are committed to ensuring you, our customers, fall head over heels in love with their sunglasses! Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at return@touccakids.com within 30 days of placing your order and provide us with your name, order number, and reason for the return. We will happily assist you with a return or exchange. ALL returns must be initiated within 30 days of when the order was placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new/unused condition, with all original packaging in the same condition that you received it. Returns must include the sunglasses, case, and accessories.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned package and have inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment you used to purchase the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please be aware that banking institutions may delay refunds due to processing times. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are FINAL Sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at return@touccakids.com and send your item to the shipping address below.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please ship your return using a trackable shipping service with UPS/USPS/FedEx or purchasing shipping insurance.
